1. Q: Where is the SACHLIRENE store, is there an offline store?

A: SACHLIRENE has been serving thousands of #TfotaBride by online exclusive only since 2014 at www.sachlirene.com or bridestory : www.bridestory.com/sachlirene-tfota

2. Q: Is it possible to come to the store to try on the shoes?

A: Our brides are spread all over the world, therefore our customer care services are all online, to try on shoes is not possible, because we are online exclusive only since 2014 at bridestory.com/sachlirene-tfota and sachlirene.com.
However if you live in Indonesia, after you buy one of the bride shoes, you can request to borrow sample shoes and we will send 2 different Sachlirene sizes (e.g. 36 and 36.5) to ensure your perfect size to your address.

If you borrow the sample shoes, The size shall fit because you have tried on the sample shoes (Sachlirene size).

4.Q: How to choose the right size?

A : We have a size guide that has been tested since 2013,

Our size is true to size (European sizing) And if you lives in Indonesia, while ordering a pair of bride shoes collection, you can borrow sample shoes (1 pair of base shoes with 2 different sizes sent to the address to confirm the size and returned back to us, so that the shoes that you ordered will definitely fit because before the shoes are made , you already confirm first to us which size is more suitable.

5. Q: How do I discover the SACHLIRENE Bride Shoes Collection?

A: Go to www.sachlirene.com, click > Bride Shoes on top left.

6. Q: How long will it take for the shoes to arrive from the day of order?

A: Usually, the shoes will be sent in as fast as 4 weeks, no later than 3 months, depending on availability and the delivery date that can be selected (if shopping via the website on each product page there will be a section to select the delivery date that you want), or shop via WhatsApp at wa.me/6287714535196 to ask about the availability of one of the shoes that you want.

7. Q: Is there an express service / express pre order for 1-3 weeks delivery?

8. Q: Is there a bespoke service?

A: Yes, almost all shoe designs can be ordered in other heights, and different heel shapes (e.g. thin, thick, block heels), or additional ankle straps, and some shoes can bespoke shoe colors.

9. Q: Is there an additional fee for WONDERSOLE? (Writing on sole)

A : Each of Sachlirene bride shoes includes a WONDERSOLE

(#SachlireneWondersole since 2014, this is our signature sole). There is no additional fee.

10. Q: Can shoes size that have been sold out be ordered again?

A: If the shoe has not been tagged sold out, the size that has run out can be ordered again. However if the shoes has been tagged sold out, it is sold out forever.

11. Q: What sizes are available for bespoke orders?

A: 34 - 42, included half size (0.5). Check size guide at sachlirene.com/size-guide

12. Q: What heights are available for bespoke orders?

A: In centimeters : flat, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15 cm

In inches : flat, 1.2, 1.9, 2.7, 3.1, 3.9, 4.3, 4.7, 5.5,   5.9 inches

13. Q : How much does it cost to ship 1 pair of shoes?

A: Anywhere throughout Indonesia is IDR 30.000

14. Q : Is it possible to return / exchange sizes?

A : Because almost all shoes are pre-order, exchange/return is not possible

15. Q : Can I bespoke a new design?

 A: Yes, you can create a total custom for new design. Those are some brides that bespoke the shoes material to be the same as bride gown material. Or combine designs from existing collections. However before this bespoke new design idea comes to your mind, please check our collectible collection first, for our collection type is mostly versatile, that is made to match many type of looks. And our collection is quality tested.
